**International shipping rates vary based on the destination country. To determine rates, please add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Step one of the checkout process will ask for your shipping address; once you have filled in this information and hit "continue," your shipping charge will be displayed. You may still choose not to place your order at this time by simply closing out of the shopping cart. No credit card information is required to view shipping information.
UPS has confirmed that there is a temporary suspension of all non-document shipments to private individuals in the Russian Federation. If you ship a non-document shipment to an individual at this time it will be returned, even if a work or home address is provided.
If shipping to an APO/FPO please select AA, AE, or AP as your state, and enter APO or FPO in the city field. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. Delivery may take as long as 4 to 5 weeks. Priority Mail is a non-traceable service, and does not have guaranteed delivery times. Priority mail is free.
If your order is shipping Internationally (outside of the U.S.) it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Pearson IT Certification has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they will be. Any charge that might be incurred is the customer's responsibility. For further information please contact your local customs office.
There may also be one or more possible reasons that this site is unable to offer international shipments and eBook sales in specific countries, including but not limited to United States embargo laws, international distribution rights, international laws, and high fraud patterns. Please contact a local Pearson office for information on retail partners in your area.

We will notify you if one of your selections is on backorder, and retain this backorder for out-of-stock products for 30 days. If the product is not back in stock after this period, we will cancel the item(s) on backorder and you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation. If the product is back in stock within 30 days, we will fulfill the original order. Note that if only part of your order of multiple products is out of stock, the in-stock items will be shipped right away.
You can always cancel your order while you are waiting for it to get back in stock. Simply e-mail your request to customer-service@informit.com. Please be sure to include your order number with your request.
Important note: Your bank/credit card account statements may display both a pre-authorization charge and the finalized charge at the same time, depending on the bank and the timing of your order. This is merely a temporary duplicate listing, but not a duplicate charge. Rest assured, these line items refer to the same transaction, and the pre-authorization line will drop off your credit card's recent transaction history within a few business days after the finalized charge is processed.
Pearson IT Certification is required to collect state sales tax for orders shipped to most states.

When you purchase an eBook from us, you will receive a link in your Order Confirmation e-mail to to access the eBook via your Account page. Read our Watermarked FAQ.
Electronic Goods. eBooks, digital audio, digital videos or other digital goods may not be returned for a refund. We do not offer a refund policy because it is impossible to return a digital good.
Physical Goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your book(s), unopened CDs, unopened DVDs, or unopened software, in resalable condition with an RMA, within 30 days for a full refund. Products should be shipped prepaid via a traceable method such as UPS. Please affix the barcode that comes with the RMA to the outside of the package. To request your RMA, please email your request to customer-service@informit.com. Returns received without an RMA will be rejected. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for any return received without an RMA.
