1. What is the Latest Version of my Pass4sure Product?

Pass4sure Products are updated on regular basis and Interactive Testing Engine is designed with a feature of "Auto-Update" whenever Questions are changed from our end. So it is carefully ensured that you always have fully updated Product.

2. How to Verify my version of Questions and Answers Product?

Testing Engine will auto update your product if you have installed it using the Recommended Online Activation Mode. For double fold verification you can Login to your Pass4sure Member's Area and download the Latest Product again.

3. How often are your products updated?

There is NO FIXED DATE for the update of Exams. All Pass4sure Products are reviewed by Product Manager on weekly basis and if any certification vendor changes the question in exam our product will be updated accordingly. No action is required from customers as Testing Engine Software is Auto-updated.

4. Is your update free?

We provide Free updates during the 90 day validity from date of purchase. To gain access to any update customer should have a current copy of specific exam in Pass4sure login. In case of Expired Products you must extend the product access for another 90 days at 30% Discount to get Updates.

5. How do I know that there has been an update?

There are two ways to find this out:

• Either you will notice new/different questions in your downloaded testing engine.
• New Releases section on www.pass4sure.com. You will notice the rapid updates there. Pass4sure makes several updates every day.

6. There has been an update but when I download I still got the old version. What should I do?

The old version is probably cached on your computer. First remove any downloaded software copies from your computer and then restart the computer and clear the local web cache. Then you can begin with a fresh download of Product.

7. Product is showing lesser number of Questions than before?

Why to waste time on questions that are out-dated? During the Product Updates the older questions that no longer form the part of real Exam are removed and that is why Product might be left with lesser number of questions. This actually means that you have to study fewer questions and pass with higher scores.
