ISACA’s future-minded focus and commitment to creating a more trustworthy digital world is highlighted in the newly released 2023 ISACA Annual Report.
The annual report, titled “Fueling the Future,” includes a joint letter from ISACA Board Chair John De Santis and CEO Erik Prusch, who wrote, “It is no exaggeration to say that the world is relying on ISACA professionals to be at their best so that technological innovations lead to progress rather than mayhem.” De Santis and Prusch shared insights on ISACA’s ongoing commitment to strengthening digital trust, provided updates on ISACA’s credentialing portfolio, the ISACA Mentorship Program, CMMI and more.
The annual report also includes:
- A look at the ISACA Board of Directors and ISACA’s executive leadership team
- Information on Prusch joining ISACA as CEO in 2023
- 2023 highlights from ISACA, covering areas such as certification, membership, CMMI, advocacy, global growth and the ISACA Foundation

Another important member update is that a clause enabling members to nominate board directors by written petition has been returned to the ISACA Bylaws. A full copy of the Bylaws can be viewed here. This clause was returned after an independent review of the bylaws to ensure continued compliance and alignment with governance best practices.
