ISACA hosted a LinkedIn Live discussion last week regarding new strategies that are being developed and implemented as part of ISACA’s ongoing digital transformation, and how those efforts will benefit members.
The session was moderated by ISACA CEO David Samuelson. Featured in the discussion were Simona Rollinson, ISACA’s CTO, Sean Ways, Senior Director of Application Engineering, and Amy Witkowski, Senior Director of Enterprise Project Management.
The LinkedIn Live highlighted new capabilities on the IT team and across the organization, new hiring procedures that are being utilized in order to secure the right talent to operate these new capabilities, new approaches to project management, and much more.
“I call digital transformation a team sport,” Rollinson said. “It takes not only a whole village, but the whole company and requires that we deal with change across the whole enterprise. So, it’s not just capabilities on our side, but it’s also the business’ capabilities and building relationships across boundaries.”
“It’s really about the ability to serve our membership now and into the future in a way that is relevant and valuable to them,” added Ways.
