I am compared each file in two source codes of the same project, one of them is the older version than the current version.
But there is a problem, assuming:
When compared, Eclipse will mark
1 in the older file and
Constant.STATE_NORMAL in the current file:
Now, I want Eclipse to ignore the difference if the value in the old file is equal to the value of the constant in the current file (as the case, Eclipse will ignore / not mark
1 in the older file and
Constant.STATE_NORMAL in the current file).
Is there any way to configure this? If not, can any other software do the same?
P/s: Because the source code file is set to the date it was created, the date it was modified at the time it was extracted, checking for differences of source code files based on the time of the file is not available.
