It looks correct to me too, on going through the answer key, it is mentioned that "Option F is incorrect because the reference type Spinner is undefined without the names of the enclosing classes." but we are using the enclosing classes first.
While practicing, when in doubt, whether something is correct or not - put code snippet into your dev environment and run it, so you could get some factual data.
