I don't think SonarQube requires anywhere near that much configuration. And in any event, a plethora of path definitions raises some serious alarms. Doubly so, since I think you're trying to reference stuff from outside the project directory and
Maven does not like that at all. And as a rule, Maven plugins that have special directory needs normally have hard-wired locations where the plugins prefer to work from. For example, "/src/test/resources".
If SonarQube is being run by Maven, as I believe it is, then its configuration should be part of the POM.
The secret of how to be miserable is to constantly expect things are going to happen the way that they are "supposed" to happen.
You can have faith, which carries the understanding that you may be disappointed. Then there's being a willfully-blind idiot, which virtually guarantees it.
