JavaFx application does not work for macOs users when I add two dependecies at maven

This is my current POM:

When I start my JavaFx application, it works fine for Windows and Linux users, but on Macs, I tested 3 of them, I get this error message:

The Macs I tested all had an m-chip.

If I now delete only these two dependencies and everything else as above let:

Does it work for mac users without problems, but no longer for windows and linux users, windows and linux users now receive the same error message that mac users received before and which I have attached above.

I have the different dependcies with the classifications, because if I create a jar via maven with the shade plugin, that also all other platforms can use the jar, so for example if I create the jar from a windows device, that also one with kinux can use it. But that lead, to the mentioned, problems.
