Hello Everyone,

I did the exam two weeks ago but decided to share only now

Used the "OCA: ORACLE CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE JAVA SE 8 PROGRAMMER I STUDY GUIDE: EXAM 1Z0-808" by Jeanne Boyarsky and Scott Selikoff to prepare myself for the test and it helped alot with the chapter and prepare test simulators.

Despite taking a next boundary note I am pleased with the book's performance as devoted only 20 days for studies!

Next target: OCPJP 8

Once you buy the book you receive acess to Sybex's text banks where you find some exercises to practice.

They are:

  • Assessment Test (20q each)
    • - Used to test your knowledge before you start and show you how things work.

  • Chapter Tests (20 - 30q each)
    • - Once after every chapter there are one test to practice the topics mentioned.

  • Practice Exams (60q each)
    • - Used to practice doing exercises harded then the exam ones

    Assessment and Chapter tests are found in the book btw, but doing it online is way more better since it is really similar to Oracle's

    Just start reading the book and you'll figure out how to acess.

    As i mentioned, the book helped me alot while i prepared.

    Hi I haves passed ocajp 8 with 78.4%. My target was 90% up, I am really disappointed with my score. If I set for another exam how much chance I will score better?
