Don's use Strings for gender; use an enumerated type.

Welcome t the Ranch Apart from the gender thing, that class is good. Consider changing years of experience to start date; then you can calculate length of experience dynamically.

I asked my teacher about the input data.
He said that first the user will enter a "Trainee data". The program will learn the rules from it and then user will enter the "Test Data".

I think I lost the track. What problem you are solving now? As far as I remember, last week you managed let user to select either csv or txt file and then you had to read one of those files.

Please remind us what you are solving now and what issues you still facing.

Are you sure that you posted mistaken content (mentioned in the 2nd quote)? I've seen somewhere similar task some time ago.
In case it turns out that your task has something to do with points mentioned below, that would change the game rules.

I mentioned before that i have to make an application that would implement "One R ", "Mean Imputation" and "Binning" algorithms.
For that the user first has to enter a trainee data, the code will run on that data and make the rules for One R algorithm. Then the user will enter "Test Data".
Both times the data will be entered in the form of a csv or txt file.
