Q: What file formats are used for Exam Engines and PDF Test Files products?
A: The Exam Engine is a downloadable Windows application, which utilizes the Java Runtime Environment. (You will need an internet connection for installation and updates. You will be promted to install the JRE if it is not already installed on your PC.)

The PDF test file is an industry standard file format: .pdf. You can use Acrobat Reader from Adobe, or many other readers to view your PDF file, including OpenOffice and Google Docs.

Q: What are the system requirements to use Exam Engines?
A: At the moment there are four requirements:

• You need a Microsoft Windows operating system
• You need have the permissions to install a program in Windows
• Your computer must be able to access the Internet
• You need to install the Java Runtime Environment (JRE)

Q: How long do I have to access the files I need?
A: There is no time limit on your access to the files. In fact you can download as many different exam files that you like, as many times as you like. When exam files are updated, you can download them again.

Q: Are all files in PDF format?
A: Yes all of the downloadable exam files in the $149.00 Unlimited Access Package are in PDF format. You will need a PDF viewer like Acrobat Reader to view or print them. Many applications support the PDF format, such as Google Docs and the Amazon Kindle.

Q: How often are the exam files updated?
A: We monitor websites, trends and question pools on weekly basis and each file is checked for accuracy, corrections, updates and new questions. If no new content is needed, the file is left intact from its previous version.
